Well, changed them all to sync instead of copy -- stay doomed for the copypage.pl commit.
Prepend 'po' to SUBS so that .mo files are installed before used. It is useless now, but it is safer to commit this change, otherwise first tests will surely fail.
added card dependency on sitemap, renamed htmlmap to destsitemap which actually makes sense ;)

Finally tweaked the Makefile again to handle chinese sitemaps properly. This should be the make[tm] way to go. It's tested now, and it works. Yeah! One day I'll be a Makefile guru.
Revert most recent changes since the old Makefile actually *worked* (!!), dunno what whent wrong or why I received an error.
"It worked" was said too early, I guess... Now the dependency for our sitemap reflects chinese dialects as well, hope that helps.
joy added $(HTMLDIR/sitemap.$(LANGUAGE).html to install depencies so make rebuilts sitemap when really needed; I tested this and it works, so now copied to all other builts
