Add packaging-tutorial
Disable creating symlink $webdocdir/maint-guide/maint-guide Since not just $webdocdir but also $webdocdir/maint-guide already exist, this part of code is causing stupid symlink to be created inside $webdocdir/maint-guide. It is clear there were $webdocdir/manuals/maint-guide which contained maint-guide static data. But we build from subversion now.
Revert my previous change, and rename pt-br to pt_BR on the website as proposed in <20100406221005.GB15316@dedibox.ebzao.info>
Rename from refcard-pt_BR.pdf to refcard-pt-br.pdf as expected by the website
Extract debian-refcard from the archive and install it under www/doc/manuals/refcard/
