Displays package shortdescs in a seperate column. Auto-calculates the width
of the column of names based on the maximum task package name length. (Added
field to packages_t to hold that.

Prettified the task names that are shown to the user. Dashes are turned to
spaces, and first letters of words are capitalized.

UI modifications to make it resemble whiptail more:
  * Use square brackets in choice box.
  * Dropped the arrow cursor, and highlight the inside of the choice box
    instead.
  * Whiptail-style titles used throughout.
  * Whiptail-style button.
  * Left-justified backtitle.Killed by signal 2.
    Other enhancements:
  * Made help dialog smaller, because it can be.
  * Pulled in pdmenu's shadow function, which draws shadows that do not
    obscure the text beneath them; but only darken it. (Currently broken,
    dunno why -- will fix tomorrow)
