Clarify fixed issues in packages Mention that the CVE description isn't enough, and that the Debian package should be double-checked before assuming that an issue is fixed in a particular version. If someone wants to elaborate on how to double-check, I think that would be useful.
Additions to narrative_introduction file Explicitly mention steps that should be taking before marking an issue NFU. Mention to add a NOTE if there is any doubt. Include links for making an unstable chroot. Clarify handling of RFPs.
Add details to "Checking in your changes" section Mention that normally changes can be committed directly and are peer reviewed through the mailing list, but changes to the tracker should be emailed and discussed before committing.
