This is just to see if it is feasible to remove all binary package
processing. Some people might use tracker as some sort of "dak ls"
replacement.

Use it to implement the filter in the same way as for "stable".

Add new web front end.
bin/tracker_service.py, lib/python/web_support.py:
New files.
This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file.
For each of the two "sides" of the diff,
enter a numeric revision.
