Add hyperlinks from the version numbers listed in the "available versions"
section to the corresponding pages under packages.debian.org (url scheme:
http://packages.debian.org/source/SUITE/PACKAGE). From there hyperlinks to the
suite-specific changelog can be reached in 1 click (2 in total from the PTS
page). Closes: #406615.
