Log Message: 
Stop relying on sources.map file that used to be provided by the BTS.
Instead we compute our own map.

Various cleanups to be compatible with python 2.6 and Squeeze.

Do not fail if svnbuildstat file is not there, it's disabled
in update_incoming and unlikely to come back.
