Query LDAP for "done" as well otherwise the check for "done" will always
fail and closed bugs be shown as well.

apt_pkg doesn't store IntLevel variables as integers but strings so
cast them to integers in comparisons.

Add a new script "wnpp-disposable" which shows a listing of orphaned
packages which are not in stable.
