Try to connect to projectB before doing an LDAP query so the script
fails quicker if you run it on the wrong machine.

Query LDAP for "done" as well otherwise the check for "done" will always
fail and closed bugs be shown as well.

apt_pkg doesn't store IntLevel variables as integers but strings so
cast them to integers in comparisons.

Rewrote script which generates the orphaned.txt file.  Now in Python (hi
weasel), checking whether LDAP server is reachable (no longer overwrites
existing file with an empty one) and sorts packages by age.
