apt_pkg doesn't store IntLevel variables as integers but strings so
cast them to integers in comparisons.

Rewrote script which generates the orphaned.txt file.  Now in Python (hi
weasel), checking whether LDAP server is reachable (no longer overwrites
existing file with an empty one) and sorts packages by age.
