- removed static patch file and uploaded a newer version.
- also renamed the patch to include the exact xen hg revision
  (this should help keeping this file up2date without guessing
  on which hg-version the patch was created)

Change source package name (in control and changelog)
Bump up version to something greater than the last one uploaded (don't we have a bit too much versions in NEW)?
Remove two spurious spaces at the end of two control lines

Branch the latest compiling revision (r71) to a new area...
The name was proposed by Julien, who pointed us to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fern
I'm still a bit unsure about how it's xen related, but it sounded cool! ;)
