Rename python2.3-subversion to python-subversion.
This is allowed, and even recommended, by Debian python policy
(/usr/share/doc/python/python-policy.txt.gz).

Also use ${python:Depends} in control, to pick up the correct
dependencies on python versions.  This is managed by dh_python.
