Apply 461_keep_sticky_bit_for_dirs.
I don't see any reason why an admin would set the sticky bit on a skeleton
sub-diretcory, and would not want the directory to be sticky in the user's
home.
This also means that if an user set the sticky bit in one of its
directory, the sticky bit will be kept by usermod (which is what I would
have expected).

Update the Italian manpages patch.
Some manpages were already translated with po4a Upstream (by Danilo
Piazzalunga). These pages were updated after the Debian po4a man pages.
So I consider Upstream more up to date for:
chfn, chsh, groups, grpck, lastlog, login, newgrp, shadow.5, vipw

For some pages, I don't see real differences:
gpasswd, groupadd, groupmod, passwd.5

So, this patch updates:
groupdel.8, passwd.1, pwconv.8, useradd.8, userdel.8, usermod.8

This file contains the list of all patches that will be applied by a
dpatch apply-all. It is also used for the ordering of the patches.

All patches not applied to 31sarge2 are currently commented, so we can
compare with the 31sarge2 package.

Force remove-shell to succeed when /etc/shells is missing,
empty or is to be emptied.
This fixes bug #271565.
Without this it would be impossible to delete last shell from /etc/shells,
for example.
