* Fixed symlinks in the swat package so the point to /usr/share/doc/

  swat packages that says that samba-doc must be installed for

- Using #DEBHELPER# in all maintainer scripts. We just tell dh_installinit
not to mess with init scripts in the maintainer scripts (for now we
need full control of when we start/stop the daemons during package
installation/upgrade, although this may change.)

Fixed rules so /lib/security/pam_smbpass.so is included in the
libpam-smbpass package only, and not in both the libpam-smbpass
and samba packages. It looks like at some point in time
'make install' started installing pam_smbpass.so in $BINDIR and since
in rules we were copying source/bin/pam_smbpass.so to $DESTDIR/lib/security/
we ended up with a duplication.
