Fixed rules so /lib/security/pam_smbpass.so is included in the
libpam-smbpass package only, and not in both the libpam-smbpass
and samba packages. It looks like at some point in time
'make install' started installing pam_smbpass.so in $BINDIR and since
in rules we were copying source/bin/pam_smbpass.so to $DESTDIR/lib/security/
we ended up with a duplication.
