- mongrel
- libform-validator-ruby

* removed unused files from mongrel package (init.d script and it's man page)

* Changed rules file to use almost only CDBS configuration.
* Reverted changes made to install.rb by the package and add setup.rb so
it can build with CDBS rules.
* Added missing build-depend on CDBS.
* Fixes some small issues in debian/rules.

* New maintainer: mainly me but maintained within the Debian/Ruby Extras
team. (Closes: #391416).
* Added the uploaders-rule to update the Uploaders field, consequently
added ruby-pkg-tools as Build-Depend.
* Added watch-file.
* Install RDoc documentation in rdoc/ instead of doc/ as is the team
convention.
