Repackaged upstream source to deal with binaries w/o sources.
(Closes: #268780)
 - pc-bios/bios.bin: Nuked. It was using a partial missing patch,
   so the binary was unreproducible. Now using bochbios package.
 - pc-bios/vgabios.bin: Rebuilt from vgabios cvs 2004-06-17 snapshot,
   source included.
 - pc-bios/vgabios-cirrus.bin: Likewise.
 - pc-bios/ppc-rom.bin: Rebuilt on voltaire, source included.
 - pc-bios/linux_boot.bin: Rebuilt from source.
