Add stats downloading by goblin.  On win32 only for now; *nix requires some work to implement GetPrivateProfileSectionNames, GetPrivateProfileString, and URLDownloadToFile.  Should not be too hard tho.

This form allows you to request diffs between any two revisions of this file. For each of the two "sides" of the diff, enter a numeric revision.
