Cottrell mixes aren't Cottrell mixes. Sorry Ulf. Blame http://www.freehaven.net/doc/batching-taxonomy/taxonomy.pdf They use the term Timed Dynamic-Pool Mix as well, which should be sufficiently descriptive unless there's a better suggestion.

First stab at documenting remixing. I kept it general -- is that how it should be? (There is no mention of cpunk remailers anywhere in the doc up to now...)

Initial changes to the draft document for Mixmaster. This should be prepared for Informational RFC status. (I'm committing so Peter can have a look. The changes are rough.)
