Todo items before 2.9 release:

* Fix Install script bug wrt overwriting mix executable.
* Look in proper locations for libs on OS X.
* Fix ncurses support with --config option.
* Backport the MAILIN/MAILINTIME features.
* Backport the pid file support for -D.

Optionally:

* Permit CRAM-MD5 SMTP AUTH in addition to LOGIN.
* Backport expiration/revocation checking of OpenPGP keys.
