Bump the libfam-dev build-dep one tiny notch, from -7.1 to -7.2 (7.1 was the gcc
transition upload; 7.2 made it actually work). 7.2 has been built/installed on
all arches.

Also, drop the versioning from kdelibs4-dev's dep on libfam-dev. Shouldn't
really matter, and this way libgamin-dev can be installed, or so it claimed
(packages building now).
