* Build Phonon from Qt sources:
  - Add mysel to Uploaders field.
  - Add 02_disable_phonon_build.diff to avoid Phonon build.
  - Add versioned libphonon-dev build dependency.
  - Bump Standards-Version from 3.8.1 to 3.8.2 (no changes needed).
  - Remove phonon, phonon-dbg, libphonon4 and libphonon-dev packages.
  - Cleanup unnecessary files.
