Added common patches as external
(btw, dato and me discussed the other day about how to support several 
sets of patches, may be we can maintain "versioned" sets of patches from now
on, i.e. common-patches-3.5 , common-patches-3.4, ... that way the externals
in tags keep working and koffice can use externals even if its admin/ dir lags,
anyway with the upcoming release of kde 4.0 everything should change)

koffice-doc-html files are installed by debian-qt-kde.mk automagically; this just
breaks the build since the files aren't built yet when it tries to install them.

Make koffice bimNMUable. koffice-dev gets a lot of new .la
files, so add Replaces/Depends as appropriate.

No more circular deps.

3 new packages get entries.

Make the metapackage depend on versioned packages, like other
KDE metapackages.

Other minor stuff; standard build-deps from other KDE packages,
probably unimportant.
