* Fix build failure on mips and mipsel due to overflow in the relocation
  table (closes: #282134). Changes needed:

  - New patch debian/patches/051-mipsen-xgot-for-smoke.diff: creates a
    'needs_xgot' AM_CONDITIONAL in configure.in, and uses that to possibly
    set libsmokeqt_la_CXXFLAGS to -Wa,-xgot in smoke/{qt,kde}/Makefile.am.

    NOTE: the change for smoke/kde is commented out, since we need to check
    that it is really needed. Thiemo Seufer claims that breakage can occur
    otherwise (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=282134&msg=12).

  TODO: test it on a mipsen machine prior to upload (see -talk)

* Backport fix from KDE 3.4 (QtRuby 1.0.8) to prevent pollution of the
  Module namespace when requiring 'Qt' (closes: #303608). Changes needed:

  - New patch debian/patches/050-qtruby-no-include-Qt-in-Module.diff, pulled
    from CVS: removes the 'include Qt' from the Module class, and changes a
    bunch of Qt::Internal methods to module functions. 

* Rename debian/mipsen.mk to debian/mipsen-java.mk.

debian/dirs: removed, no longer necessary.
debian/compat, debian/rules: Replaced DH_COMPAT envvar with the
	debian/compat file.
debian/rules: cosmetic improvements, removed cruft.
debian/rules: fixed the version number of the qtjava and koala jar
	files.  The rules file now gets it automatically from the
	changelog, so I can't forget to change it again.
