This should fix Gwenview and kdemultimedia's FTBFS on arm.
Let's upload Gwenview first, though, to serve as guinea pig.

It turns out that the @ marks comments in the ARM assembler
spec; using % instead should, in theory, work everywhere.

Add Replaces for the documentation that moved in -8.

Also slip in a Conflicts/Replaces for libqt3-mt-dev
over libqt3-dev. These packages have conflicted
for a long time, and now one is fully deprecated

OK, here's the postscript patch. This really must be in the next
upload - once kdebase hits unstable, people will start to notice
that printing doesn't work. We may already be responsible for some
bugs files against ghostscript packages.

just minor cleanups, property changes, and the rest is deleting unused patches,
or adding patches from qt-copy, which I'll describe in a changelog
update later (KDE anonsvn is down).

Add the rest of the fix, and remove the unnecessary stamping
of the patch itself - besides, it was kdewebdev specific
(this must have been what allee was getting at).

The whole thing is still awfully hackish, but it seems to work
well enough for now (CDBS really should build something like
this in).

Experimental directory containing:

kde.mk, stripped of qt-kde package-specific hacks.
qt-kde.mk, containing package-specific hacks.
kdelibs' debian/rules, modified to point out how trivial it would be to adapt the packages to this split.

The decision to place stuff in one .mk or the other was somewhat arbitrary. Please, fellow teammembers, have
a look at this and let's decide what should stay in kde.mk (and get pushed upstream) and what should be in
qt-kde.mk (or whatever we decide to call it).

Also, feel free to commit changes here - don't worry about its location in people/chrsmrtn.
