kipi-plugins: 11_Makefile.am_use_only_used_libs.diff
	replace -lX11 with LIB_X11.  LIB_X11 includes LIBSOCKET
	but it is empty.  Should enhance chance for a future
	merge upstream without coolo killing me ;)

kipi-plugins relibtoolization:
      + use tools and patches of Debian Qt/KDE Team packages
      + rules: add buildprep target for 98_buildprep.diff creation
      + patches/11_Makefile.am_use_only_used_libs.diff: list all libs
        which contain used symbols. Replace LIB_QT, IMLIB2_LIBS with
        -lqt-mt and -lImlib2, respectively, because the variables list
        libraries only used indirectly by the kipi-plugins
    Result: kipi-plugins now depends on 14 instead of 31 packages

    Next commit will contains the usual usage *diffs

My first commit to alioth! 

- Added a patch for a nasty crash in the imagegallery, which is already in upstream svn
- -2 is not in unstable, changed to unreleased

kipi-plugins: mention the new kipi sf.net project, that will
	be only used for release tarballs of lib{kipi,kexif}	
	and kipi-plugins, in changelog too

bump standards-version to 3.6.2.  The pkgs don't use
internal executables, standard KDE docs as is can't be
viewed from doc-base and they aren't a webserver.

Sync rawconverter with CVS. rawconverter did not work with
dcraw >= 5.88 (sarge).

Pity an upload (better) has to wait until the pending sid->sarge
transition :(  Maybe next week with urgency high.
