handle rc/beta
digikam 0.9
* Bump kipi-plugins conflict to <= 0.1.3~rc0. So libexiv2-0.12 is used
for kipi-plugins too.
* Merging Kubuntu change: split digikam into digikam and showfoto
packages. Thx to Anthony Mercatante <tonio@ubuntu.com>

digikam: o make sure --disabled-final is used. Because I hope 0.8.2-rc1 will find it's way into dapper, I like to play save. As long as upstream devels do not use/test with enable-final I'm not sure if we should use it again. o remove obsolete TODO entry

Load newtrunk into kde-extras/trunk/digikam/digikam/trunk.
