Commiting my kdelibs excess linkage work. kdelibs itself compiles with these changes however I have not tested compilation against it yet. * LINK_INTERFACE_LIBRARIES is probably incomplete and needs more tweaking.
* Update *.install files and resort them with LANG=C. Due to locale differences, please use LANG=C sort to avoid moving files around. * New svn snapshot * Cleaned up kdelibs5-dev deps as per Sune suggestion. However, respective changes have not been made for cmake yet, therefore this revision is UNFIT for release and compilation of other KDE4 binaries.

add two patches for disabling debug output by default. this way only important stuff ends in the konsole. when needed the debug areas can be selectively enabled with kdebugdialog. if anyone has problems with these patches please tell me.
