* Split the Oxygen icons into a seperate package kde-icons-oxygen. This way
  KDE4 applications can be used when running KDE3.
* Make kdelibs5-dev depend on recent soprano.
* Add dependency of kdelibs5 on kde-icons-oxygen. It is needed by nearly
  every KDE4 application.

Updated for building current svn.
  * Update *.install files
  * Install man pages
I raised the version number to 4:3.94.0-1 - I hope this is ok, but we beta3 is near and we don't have a release before. Otherwise please revert.
I'm installing three man pages, but I don't know, if they are installed into the correct packages - please check.
/usr/share/man/man1/checkXML.1 is not installed yet - checkXML isn't referenced anywhere. What is ist for?
Renamed no-install.txt to not-installed.txt to be consistent with the changelog

Clean up kdelibs build dependencies:
 * add libxtst-dev introduced recently in kdelibs trunk.
 * replace libpcre++-dev by libpcre3-dev (right package to use).
 * replace libavahi-core-dev by libavahi-common-dev (right package to use)
 * replace libtiff-dev by libtiff4-dev (right package to use)
 * remove libgif-dev. useless.
 * remove libdbus-1-dev, libkeyutils-dev, libstreams-dev and libxml2-dev.
   they are bringed by other build-dependencies.
 * reordered build dependency packages:
   * line 1,2 and 3 are "requirements"
   * line 4 and 5 are "optional"

Is the binary packages correct?

copyright
and other basic stuff. like preserve changelog
