Stricter build dependencies after the branch pull. Remove the conflict of kde-icons-oxygen with kdebase-data. It isn't needed and prevents co-installability with KDE3.

* Cherry pick some patches from upstream which are needed for co-installability of kde4base and kde3libs and a correct search path for kdm. Namely r726655, r725907, r725662, r725652, r725648 and r725642.
* Split the Oxygen icons into a seperate package kde-icons-oxygen. This way KDE4 applications can be used when running KDE3. * Make kdelibs5-dev depend on recent soprano. * Add dependency of kdelibs5 on kde-icons-oxygen. It is needed by nearly every KDE4 application.

* Update *.install files - the diff is a bit larger than needed, but I sorted some .install files - otherwise it is was to hard to add the missing files... * Add a dot in not-installed - makes debian/rules list-missing happy * Update dependencies for kde4 beta3.
start to update debian/kdebase-data.install, now off to bed is it really sane to list all the pngs by hand? wouldn't it make more sense to use something like usr/share/icons/oxygen/128x128/actions/*.png?
remove listed directories in kdebase-data.install to avoid accidentally installed files - removes conflicting file between kdebase-data and kdeprint
