Branch update for kdelibs; contains a build fix for kopete.
Commit kdelibs changelog, in preparation for an experimental upload.
KDE 3.4.3 is coming. Nothing to see here, really. Just bumps to shlibs, changelog entries, build-deps, etc.

This seems to fix the icon placement problem in Konq caused by the "Improving KDE" patch, but I'm not entirely certain why.... So PLEASE TEST, in case I've missed any new problems, or it doesn't fix the original issue on your system, and let me know what you find, good or bad. Thanks!
Finalize the kdelibs changelog for the coming upload.
Temp bump of the libs/base build-depends, ensuring that libs builds against a "Improving KDE" patched Qt, and base builds against a patched Qt/libs, etc.
Note the revision of the branch pull in the changelog. I think it could be good if we try to always include it. kdebase is not uploaded yet, so dist=UNRELEASED.
Add a branch pull for kdelibs. Also add a patch that cleans up the speedbar for the Open dialog. And add the kdelibs portion of the Improving KDE patches.
Fix this annoying "konqueror does not show blank lines in <pre> mode" bug. Tried patch in upstream's #105148 but was not enough, so backported/copied the whole file.

Bump the libfam-dev build-dep one tiny notch, from -7.1 to -7.2 (7.1 was the gcc transition upload; 7.2 made it actually work). 7.2 has been built/installed on all arches. Also, drop the versioning from kdelibs4-dev's dep on libfam-dev. Shouldn't really matter, and this way libgamin-dev can be installed, or so it claimed (packages building now).
And since I'm in "write changelog but not the code" mood, commit yet another changelog entry to be worked on later. :)

Add kdelibs changelog entries from trunk to the 3.4.0 branch.
Change the distribution of the 3.4.0 packages from experimental to alioth, as agreed.
Bump versions of packages affected by the applications.menu/applications-merged move.
Add changelog entry for the new Konq string. Also fix up the default font patch - now patch Konq's default fonts as well.
Move applications.menu to kde-applications.menu, and applications-merged becomes kde-applications-merged. Fixes the GNOME conflict.

Let's see if this breaks anything... weirdness abounds.

Make whitespace equal in branches/3.4 and trunk, so that we don't have problems later when merging.
Removed xlibmesa-glu-dev from build-deps. Changed "replaces x.3.91" to x.3.99 so all pre 3.4.0 stuff is covered. kdelibs4-dev (more closely) depends on what the whole package build-depends on. Preinst script cleanups. Sync changelog with 3.3 branch uploads. DEB_SHLIBDEPS_INCLUDE := debian/kdelibs-bin/usr/lib shouldn't be needed since nothing shared there. Fiddled with the distribution of READMEs and other docs throughout the packages.
cdbs/kde.mk:
- Use escaped variables in the definitions of kde_htmldir and
the like instead of absolute paths, so that /usr/bin/kde-config doesn't
output them expanded even when --expandvars is not used. (Closes: #287822)

OK, old oo.org + new-KDE should work - nothing spectacular changed in the .desktop files that I can see. So Replaces only - one against pre-mimelnk oo.org, and one against (<< 1.1.3) oo.org-mimelnk. Hopefully this is right... peer review would be great :)
Revert openoffice.org 1.1.3 compatible changes since we're uploading kdelibs before 1.1.3 enters testing.
* Include patch to fix CAN-2005-0365, "insecure temporary file creation in
kdelibs 3.3.2". dcopidlng no longer creates its temporary files in /tmp.
