Deleting patches already in common for kdelibs, kdebase, and
kdegraphics. Note that 04_am_maintainer_mode is not deleted for kdelibs
(since configure.in.in needs to be patched, not admin/configure.in.min).

manpages. Also, the konsole font patch I was mentioning
yesterday didn't work as expected, so I'm not committing

kdebase updates:
- KDE_3_3_BRANCH update
- update kdeprint documentation to sync with kdelibs patches
- add NEWS.Debian for kdm, explaining the "keyboard doesn't work"
problem when upgrading to KDE 3.3, and how to deal with it
- fix update-alternatives prerm scripts: only --remove when
the package is actually being removed, not upgraded (this should
prevent the needless resetting of the sysadmin's preferences on
package upgrade
