First attempt at managing the upgrade from kdm 3.3.x to 3.4.x.

KDM's own .desktop sessions files are still useful, so add them
to the default SessionPath, but don't ship those which we don't
need (i.e. those which are provided by the window manager itself).

Move kgreet_classic.* to kdm from kdebase-bin.

Add replaces, and remove kdm's dependency on kdebase-bin.
If anyone knows any reason this is a bad idea, let me know.

Updated debian/rules to accomodate new kde.mk.

Note that by default, all libs will be given an shlibs value equal to the
upstream version, assuming that PACKAGES_WITH_LIBS is correct and complete.

If you need finer control, i.e. branch pulls add new symbols, then uncomment
the lines:

#shlibs_ver = 4:3.4.0-1
#$(foreach p,$(PACKAGES_WITH_LIBS),$(eval DEB_DH_MAKESHLIBS_ARGS_$(p) := -V'$(p) (>= $(shlibs_ver))'))

and specify the new shlibs manually.

Anyway: add icon lines to all menu files. This has been done with a
script, so will need checking. More commits about this stuff coming.

Add dependency on libsasl2-modules, needed by
kio_smtp etc. A Recommends would be correct and
sufficient, but can you imagine the whining?

Add recommends on kdemultimedia-kio-plugins, since
media:/ uses audiocd:/ for CDs.

Otherwise, obvious release updates - bump shlibs,

Minor script cleanups. More importantly,
remove DEBHELPER auto-generated sections
from kdm's postinst/prerm.
With CDBS, these are now populated, causing
kdm to kill X if upgraded while X running,
and other nasty problems (which should now
be fixed). Please report any bad behaviour
on kdm's part...

manpages. Also, the konsole font patch I was mentioning
yesterday didn't work as expected, so I'm not committing

 - KDE_3_3_BRANCH update
 - update kdeprint documentation to sync with kdelibs patches
 - add NEWS.Debian for kdm, explaining the "keyboard doesn't work"
   problem when upgrading to KDE 3.3, and how to deal with it
 - fix update-alternatives prerm scripts: only --remove when
   the package is actually being removed, not upgraded (this should
   prevent the needless resetting of the sysadmin's preferences on
   package upgrade
