Modify genkdmconf patch so that zsh users can log in.

Also add changelog references to the README.Debian files, so users

Augment package descriptions to stress importance of plugdev.

libusb-dev also seems to be a build dependency, so we're in

Commit logitech mouse special support - patching the KDE provided files to
avoid the need for pam_console, and re-naming the script to something less
generic. User reports that this works.

Add a kdebase-doc-html package, with doc-base files.

Note the addition to debian/rules - this is needed to avoid shipping all
generated HTML docs, since much of it wouldn't be of use to a non-KDE user
anyway.

KDM's own .desktop sessions files are still useful, so add them
to the default SessionPath, but don't ship those which we don't
need (i.e. those which are provided by the window manager itself).

Move kgreet_classic.* to kdm from kdebase-bin.

Add replaces, and remove kdm's dependency on kdebase-bin.
If anyone knows any reason this is a bad idea, let me know.

Updated debian/rules to accomodate new kde.mk.

Note that by default, all libs will be given an shlibs value equal to the
upstream version, assuming that PACKAGES_WITH_LIBS is correct and complete.

If you need finer control, i.e. branch pulls add new symbols, then uncomment
the lines:

#shlibs_ver = 4:3.4.0-1
#$(foreach p,$(PACKAGES_WITH_LIBS),$(eval DEB_DH_MAKESHLIBS_ARGS_$(p) := -V'$(p) (>= $(shlibs_ver))'))

and specify the new shlibs manually.

Minor script cleanups. More importantly,
remove DEBHELPER auto-generated sections
from kdm's postinst/prerm.
With CDBS, these are now populated, causing
kdm to kill X if upgraded while X running,
and other nasty problems (which should now
be fixed). Please report any bad behaviour
on kdm's part...

 - add NEWS.Debian for kdm, explaining the "keyboard doesn't work"
   problem when upgrading to KDE 3.3, and how to deal with it
 - fix update-alternatives prerm scripts: only --remove when
   the package is actually being removed, not upgraded (this should
   prevent the needless resetting of the sysadmin's preferences on
   package upgrade
