* Cleanup source package.
- Remove debian/haskelldb-dynamic-dev.* cruft
* debian/control:
- Drop un-needed build dependencies on autotools-dev and dctrl-tools.
- Suggest haskell-haskelldb-dynamic-doc instead of non-existing
haskelldb-dynamic-doc.
- Replace haskelldb-doc with haskell-haskelldb-doc.
- Let the VCS-* fields point to the trunk.

- Fix spelling error.
* debian/haskell-haskelldb-dynamic.doc-base: Add doc-base entry.
* New Debian packages due to the dividing of Haskell haskelldb library
