Fix bogus -XYZ in snapshots of native packages. New debian_linux automagically
appends '-' in case version.debian is not empty.

make get-orig-source target optional. Pull from ftp.de.debian.org if doesn't
exist. Bail out if does exist.
Fetch sources from archive.buildserver.net if doesn't exist locally before
trying to get them by other means to make sure we have a valid upload.

Import of the pkg-gnome snapshots script for Buildserver.NET.
Still lacks syncing with the one from
svn://svn.debian.org/kernel/people/waldi/scripts/snapshot/package.py plus the
following additions:
1. put the get-orig-source fetching and source tarball verification into the
   latest version from waldi to get external config flexibility
2. get config from pkg-gnome SVN rather than locally
3. cleanup gen/ dir unconditionally
