Add conflict freevo-common to package freevo-data for users they upgrade from geole.info

made 'freevo' to be the first package in debian/control lintian told me to: freevo depends on debconf, adduser update templates do not create empty /usr/lib in python-freevo

Workaround to the "cant start X as non-root user" problem. With this change, /etc/init.d/freevo_xserver works, and starts an X server (display :1.0 ) on virtual terminal 9 (so it can be started alongside the usual gdm/kdm ).
All variables that are configured using debconf are stored in /etc/freevo/debconf.py This file is sourced after freevo_config.py and before local_conf.py , so users and sysadmins can (re)configure stuff freely. This way we do not need to 'sed' into local_conf.py (and to use ucf). And, btw, there is no point in asking the title of the recordings dir in debconf - there is no such variable in freevo_config.py
rename .deb from freevo-common to freevo-data
The package in lenny and sid is python-pylirc , not python-lirc.
Add myself to uploaders. Freevo 1.7.5 and 1.8.0 depend on twisted >= 2.5.0.
