Adapt to the fact that we use a pre-autotools-boot sources:
- call ./configure instead of ./autogen.sh
- touch autotools-generated files to avoid re-generation
- remove more files in clean: target, since we no longer rely on clean.sh

* Ask for sysdba password only on new installs
* move sysdba assword file in /etc/firebird2. Move on upgrade from previous versions
* correct log path in error messages in fb_mgr

#330074 seems finished. We do ship xinetd fragment, but it is disabled by default and is installed regardless if xinetd presense
