  * debian/control.in
    + firebird2-dev
      - removed Conflicts with firebird-dev, which is not in Debian anymore
      - added Conflicts with libfirebird2-{super,classic} (the 1.5.1 library
        packages), since old packages incorrectly provided libfb*.so symlinks
        that belong to -dev now

* Reorganizing building of manuals - it now much simpler
* make clean-patched depend on patch, since we count on patched clean.sh
* Removed dh_make template header
* clean: removed lines deleting generated files from source tree. These are now in clean.sh
* Removed unneeded striping of UDF and fnintl libraries

Fix build process so every target is satisfied exactly once. (may be due to inclusion of dpatch targets) *-super and *-classic were invoked two times each. Ouch!
