prepared to have dh_wraporig used for packaging FSL:
 * accepts delete_files as an array as well -- just for the ease of
   specification whenever the list of files to remove is loong
 * additional parameter "additional_tar_params" to handle necessary
   excludes. By default it excludes only '*~' although it is
   questionable if it should do that by default
 * added a NOTE to suffix_out
also: adjusted messages with prefix for WARNINGs and ERRORs
