Convert man pages to docbook
Depend on race-free version of libdevmapper, thus making udevsettle call from cryptsetup binary unnecessary. Also change call to udevsettle in initramfs script (which is still useful as it related to the source device) to optionally use udevadm if present (closes: #456326).
