Released new upstream versions.
New upstream version and fixed dfsg-free target

Removed -dbg package for the next upload.
Fix permissions
Install static.local, move it to /var/lib/citadel-webcit and link it to /usr/share/citadel-webcit where the software expects it to be.
Added debug package.
Do not remove static.local. Updated translations.
* add lang question dialog. seems as if this will need some more patching in webcit, because of some limitation went away...
Remove static.local dir even if something (an empty dir this time) is left.
Do not install local scriptaculous javascript library, but depend on package providing this library.
Typo in rules file.
Moved update of config.{sub,guess} to configure target.
Fixed rules file to not call configure twice.
Removed Open-Id logo and created dfsg free orig tarball.

Changed to dfsg orig tarball, removed the one questionable file.
Fixed all those problems lintian complains about when run on the source files. Forgot to do that earlier. Sorry.

Injected code from existing packages. Changed maintainer.
