Reimplement gpg-key2ps in perl. Didn't seem to be so difficult.
Functional changes:
* Doesn't use tempfiles, reads from gpg process directly
* Doesn't exit anymore on key-not-found, this is the single regression,
  but I have to leave now. Feel free to fix.

  (Closes: #311990).
* Every tool now uses $Rev$ as the version.

Revert r44, as it displayed revoked subkeys as regular.
Reopens: #311990, because we still need to resolve this issue
(not display revoked subkeys at all?), but it's better to generate
faulty PS than to display incorrect info.

Add gpg-key2ps and gpg-mailkeys from the signing-party package.
I'm including gpg-mailkeys even though it has some overlapping
functionality with caff, because the first aim should be to
create a package that does at least the same as signing-party.
