Explicitly request the GNU/Linux distribution name in the support form
Use display: inline-block for the menu The gain over float: left; is thatwe do not need to add a <div style="clear:both;"></div> in the web page.
Use different menu entry width depending on there number For 5 entries each entry takes 19% For 6 entries each entry takes 15.5%
Shorten the "CCID/ICCD readers" menu entry This should avoid wrapping the text and creating a bigger button
Move the menu on the top The menu on the left side is not a good idea for small screen (smart phones)
Update chapter titles to better reflect menu entries
Add a "CCID/ICCD readers" menu entry
Add a fixed menu
Add menus
Use new CSS style
Do not reference a specific CCID version any more. The web page will then _always_ be up to date and with valid links.
