Remove WantedBy=multi-user.target

The purpose of using systemd is to start pcscd on demand. So no need to
always start it at boot.

Start pcscd in autoexit mode to:
- free RAM and CPU ressources
- enable the USB selective suspend

--foreground and --hotplug are easier to understand than -f and -H
