Contents of /magpie/INSTALLATION

Random notes:

This program should be regularly run by cron(8).

This program writes all output to /var/cache/magpie.  This can be 
overriden on the command line.

If this program is root, it automatically changes its user and 
group to "magpie."  This can be overridden on the command line.
