Invasive, not Envasive\!
* Allow versions of the form 2.6.13+2.6.14-rc4-1 to work,
at the expense of -rc4 being part of upstream rather
than a modifier that can set the ABI. It was a bit envasive,
hopefully it doesn't break anything.

* [ia64] Update arch/ia64/config for 2.6.13
Fix documentation build using a backport from git.
* [ia64] Workaround #325070 until upstream works out an acceptable solution. This bug breaks module loading on non-SMP ia64 kernels. The workaround is to temporarily use an SMP config for the non-SMP kernels. (Note that John Wright is running benchmarks to determine the overhead of running an SMP kernel on UP systems to help decide if this should be a permanent change).
add latest stable 2.6.13.3 release
add note about where to find config files
Update hppa for 2.6.13.
Updated apus patches. Now separated them between the ones which are safe to apply (and which i included in the series) and the others which needs checking. I would appreciate if someone (Christoph ?) could give me a hand with those, they are only 5 files left asnd around 180 lines, so it should not be too troublesome.

Annotate linux-manual fix
Remved stray blank line
* Disable BSDv3 accounting on hppa and alpha, it was already
disabled on all other architectures. Also unify BSD accounting
config into top level config, rather than per flavour configs.
This shows that BSD accounting is available on all except
sparc and the rpc and s3c2410 flavours of arm.

r4064: waldi | 2005-08-29 12:59:50 +0200 * debian/bin/gencontrol.py: Really use abiname from config. * debian/changelog: Update. * debian/patches-debian/series/2.6.13-1: Move from debian/patches-debian/series/2.6.12+2.6.13-rc6-1. * debian/patches-debian/drivers-s390-net-klist.patch: Drop, it is included in 2.6.13.
/trunk/kernel/linux-2.6: Add development tree.
Moved the current tree waldi upped to 2.6.13-rc6 to linux-2.6-devel. We need to keep the current uploaded package in trunk, anything else would be insane. Notice that we could as well move all the distribution branches into trunk if we go that way, and remove all the older non-common packages out of the way.
Annotate net-sockglue-cap.patch
[Security] Restrict socket policy loading to CAP_NET_ADMIN.
See CAN-2005-2555.

Readded dependency of linux-image on mkvmlinuz for powerpc. Doesn't take ppc64 kernels in account, but as we don't have those yet ...
Fixed date typo in Jens's dedication.

Added dedication to Jens. Please reread and offer your opinion and spellcheck or something, i am not very good at doing this kind of things, but then, who is ?

default configs are autogenerated now; instead of doing a manual make defconfig, have kernel-package do it (--config def). This requires kernel-package 9.002, so add a versioned dep for all archs. Also, drop any and all mentions of default_config.
