Manual troubleshooting
----------------------

* install python-htmltmpl from http://people.debian.org/~stigge/packages/
* add/uncomment the python_module in /etc/apache/httpd.conf, e.g.:
    LoadModule python_module /usr/lib/apache/1.3/mod_python.so
* make sure Apache loads the file in /etc/apache/conf.d with
    Include /etc/apache/conf.d
