* Repository organization: trunk, branches, tags, people.
* (in people/neroden) Steven Bosscher's proposed outline (since I haven't
  finished implementing it).
* (in trunk)
  First version of the manuals.  This contains a sketchy outline with lots
  of stuff needing to be filled in, plus whatever I (Nathanael) managed to
  write and integrate by the time the repo became available.
