minor fixes according to the suggestions of Thomas and Henning
fixes wrong syntax for references, removed useless quotes for hash keys
- updated the wiki links - fixed a typo due to the cleanup
moved the files around to later use /usr/share/fai/storage-magic/
moved big chunks of documentation to the wiki page
updated the FSF address and removed the document_template
changed the formatting, removed shdd2-lib (moved in_path to the parser, print_hash has long ago be replaced by Data::Dumper), no more perl tidy
